His leadership experience extends beyond business. As a respected community advocate and former President of the Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce, Ripudaman has worked alongside community organizations, business leaders, and residents to create opportunities and strengthen relationships.
After receiving tremendous support during the last municipal election, Ripudamanremained engaged with the community, continuing to listen to residents and better understand the challenges facing Brampton today.
He believes effective leadership means being present, accessible, and accountable — not only during campaigns, but every day.
